Past Life
Exploration
A 1:1 Spiral Journey of Remembering.
Embodied memory work through somatic practice, journeying, and astrological insight.
WHAT PAST LIFE EXPLORATION IS
Past Life Exploration is deep, one-on-one work that supports the remembering and integration of memory carried across time.
Time is not linear.
It moves in spirals.
Past Life Exploration is a three-session, one-on-one journey held through the body, memory, and the spiral of time.
This work combines embodiment, guided meditation and transcendental journeying, and astrological insight, allowing past-life memory to surface, orient, and integrate in a way that feels coherent and embodied.
Each session is approximately two hours and includes:
intentional embodiment
deep meditative journey work
integration through reflection and presence

Your Guide
Gisella Rose is an Ancestral Alchemist, Embodiment Guide, and practitioner of memory work held through the body.
Her relationship with past-life exploration emerged through lived experience, embodiment, and her own process of remembering and integration. Over time, this work revealed itself as a spiral practice, moving backward and forward simultaneously and allowing memory to orient within the present.
This work is informed by astrology, somatic practice, meditation, and embodied inquiry, and shaped by her ongoing relationship with ancestry, lineage, and liminal space.
